Elixir/Rust AI Fullstack Engineer

Join the founding engineering team — you'll be among the first 30 engineers building multi-player video editing experiences and creative AI agents. You own your slice of the product full-stack: design, build, ship. You operate in cockpit mode — your agents write code, run tests, open PRs — and you set that bar for the team.

What you'll do

• Build real-time, multi-player video editing experiences end to end
• Ship Phoenix/Elixir services and Rust components that move product metrics
• Model hard domains cleanly with Ecto and OTP; reach for Rust where performance demands it
• Drive creative AI agents and coding assistants to make the whole team faster

What we look for

• Strong product sense and ownership — you ship, you don't hand off
• Depth in Elixir/Phoenix and/or Rust, and the appetite to go full-stack
• Comfort operating at founding-team pace with high autonomy

Here's what we're looking for

A hacker-coded builder — someone who'd rather ship the thing than wait for it. You've delivered in ambiguous environments, picked up unfamiliar stacks and made them work, and sat with the people who feel a problem to figure out what actually moves the number. You understand why the business cares about what you're building, not just how to build it. You've already folded AI agents and coding assistants into how you work — shipping better and faster than was possible eighteen months ago. Here, you take that all the way.

You work close to the people who own the outcome, ship production-grade software that holds up under real load, and move the metrics that matter. What never changes: you ship fast and to a high bar.
